ABOUT NIKKI
Helping women in perimenopause balance their hormones, reclaim their energy, and feel like themselves again — with expert, personalized care that finally listens.
Most of the women I work with come to me feeling exhausted, frustrated, and like a stranger in their own body — and they’ve been told it’s just part of getting older. I help women in perimenopause understand what’s really going on with their hormones, get personalized support, and finally feel clear, confident, and in control of their health again.
Meet Nikki!Â
Nikki is a Nurse Practitioner who helps women in perimenopause understand their hormones and feel like themselves again through personalized, compassionate care.
I do this work because I know what it feels like to not be heard — and I’ve seen far too many women dismissed when they’re struggling the most. When you're navigating mood swings, weight gain, exhaustion, anxiety, or just a sense that something isn’t right in your body, the last thing you need is to be told it’s “just stress” or “just getting older.” I became a nurse practitioner to help people, but after years in a fast-paced clinic system that offered 15-minute appointments and quick fixes, I realized women in perimenopause weren’t getting the support they truly needed — and I wasn’t able to help them in the way they deserved.
So I built a space where that could change. I believe women deserve to feel empowered, informed, and in control of their health — not confused or brushed off. Now, every day I get to walk alongside women just like you, helping you make sense of your symptoms, feel at home in your body again, and step into this next chapter with clarity and confidence. And when I’m not doing this work I love, you can find me chasing after my grandkids, tending to our Highland cows, or soaking in a quiet moment on the farm. Thank you for trusting me — I’m so glad you’re here.

It All Started When I Experienced Burnout...
Â
A few years ago, I found myself burned out — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I was working in a busy clinic, seeing patient after patient in 15-minute blocks, barely scratching the surface of what they truly needed. Women would come to me exhausted, overwhelmed, and not feeling like themselves… and all I could offer was rushed advice and a follow-up in three months. I started to feel like I wasn’t actually helping anyone — just checking boxes in a system that wasn’t built for real healing.
It started to wear on me. I’d go home drained, frustrated, and questioning if this was what I went into medicine for. I felt betrayed by a model that didn’t give women the time, attention, or answers they deserved — and it was affecting my own health and happiness too.Â
But then, everything changed...
I realized I could not keep the clinic pace and feel rewarded in my work. I decided to open my own practice, and live by my own rules. Opening my practice was terrifying… and the best decision I’ve ever made. Now, I get to spend real time with the women I serve. I get to listen, dig deep, and truly partner with them. I get to witness transformations every day — not because I rushed through a visit, but because I finally have the space to give women what they’ve been needing all along: to be seen, heard, and supported with expert care and heart.

Now I'm able to truly provide the best care I can...
My journey is what shaped every part of how I serve women today. Having spent years in a system that limited time, dismissed symptoms, and left me feeling powerless to truly help, I know exactly what it feels like — both as a provider and as a woman — to be unheard and overlooked. That experience lit a fire in me to do things differently. It gave me a front-row seat to everything that was missing from conventional care, and it’s what inspired me to create solutions that actually meet women where they are.
I built my practice and programs to offer the kind of support I wished existed: longer conversations, root-cause education, personalized hormone and lifestyle guidance, and real, compassionate care. Because I’ve lived through the burnout and frustration — and because I’ve worked with so many women going through the same thing — I’m able to see the full picture and offer care that’s not just clinical, but deeply human. My story became the blueprint for the supportive, empowering, and practical services I now provide — and it allows me to show up for my clients with clarity, empathy, and solutions that truly change lives.
