Hi, I’m Nikki

I’m a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in helping perimenopause women overcome brain fog, poor sleep and mood swings.

As a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health, I’ve spent years helping women navigate hormonal changes—yet even in healthcare, I saw how perimenopause was overlooked, misunderstood, and often mistreated.

When I began going through it myself, it confirmed what I already knew: too many women are handed antidepressants or birth control instead of real answers. I’m here to change that. With both the medical expertise and lived experience, I’m uniquely equipped to help women feel seen, supported, and truly transformed during this powerful stage of life.

My Journey Into Becoming A Menopause Coach... 

I didn’t expect to feel so off in my own skin.
Despite being a nurse practitioner with years of experience in women’s health, when my own hormones started shifting, I was surprised by how deeply it affected me—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The fatigue crept in first. Then the irritability, the sleep struggles, the feeling that I was somehow losing parts of myself. I tried to push through, thinking it was just stress or the season of life. But deep down, I knew it was more. When I sought help, I was offered the same things so many of my clients had been handed—birth control, antidepressants, and the dismissive reassurance that “it’s just part of getting older.”

That wasn’t good enough for me. And it’s not good enough for you either.

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….

I decided to open my own practice, when I realized just how many women—myself included—were falling through the cracks.
I had spent years in traditional healthcare, doing my best within the system, but I kept seeing the same pattern: women in perimenopause showing up with real symptoms, only to be told they were fine… or handed a prescription that didn’t solve the root issue.

At the same time, I was starting to experience those symptoms myself—fatigue that no amount of sleep could fix, mood swings I couldn’t explain, and a sense that something had shifted in my body. I knew I wasn’t alone, and I also knew the standard care model wasn’t enough.

That’s when I made the decision to do things differently—to create a space where women could be seen, heard, and supported with the kind of care I wished I had. That space became Twin Ports Telemedicine.

 

From This Moment On, My Life Changed Forever 

Everything changed when I stopped settling for survival and started supporting my body the way it truly needed.

Once I understood what was actually going on with my hormones—and stopped blaming myself for feeling “off”—I was able to make intentional changes that brought me back to life. The fatigue lifted. My mood stabilized. I started sleeping through the night again. But the biggest shift wasn’t just physical—it was how I felt in my skin again.

I was clearer. Calmer. More present in my relationships. I had energy to enjoy life, confidence to show up in my business with passion again, and a deep sense of self that I hadn’t felt in years. I no longer dreaded mornings or wondered if I was just falling apart—I felt grounded and in control.

That’s the version of me that created this work. And it’s the version I want you to meet in yourself, too.
